The folks of Greenville, Mississippi, and their brown water made an impression on then-presidential candidate Barak Obama when he stopped there. He promised he would return with a solution to their water problem. Today, the residents are still waiting, hoping they’ll get Stimulus funds for a long-overdue filtration system.
